The don't believe in themselves, they don't believe in their work. They always need someone to approve them - then they start feeling the excitement of having done a good job.
Believing in what you do - believing in your work will make people to believe in you and stat taking you seriously.
Someone once said "your work is as good as you believe it to be", if you look down or doubt yourself, your work. How do you expect other people believe in you if you do not believe in yourself?
Trust in God and believe.
A rudder is so small, but it controls a boat as big as the Titanic. Believe in yourself!
