My Reply
Blackstar Payne:
I actually disagree with you.
President Obama has DONE MUCH FOR BLACK PEOPLE!!!
1) Obama took down the "Smiley-West Machine" that used to have an uncontested access to the "Black Agenda Planning Sessions". His annual "State Of The Black Union" series was torpedoed as Black people hoped on the "Obama Train". Summary: There was no BLACK INFRASTRUCTURE Built up that could be isolated from the "Black Political Agenda". (Malcolm X is having convulsions in his grave)
2) Obama Provoked those who have a history of "Speaking Truth To POWER" to publicly question the practicality of ATTACKING THE PRESIDENT for failing to deliver on the "Black Community's Permanent Interests". They feared that doing so would violate their primary Permanent Interests - Getting him reelected. He can't be bothered with any other trivial things
3) Obama is the first president in history to preside over a 16.2%+ Black Unemployment Rate and NOT have Black people protest against him.
4) Obama and Reagan BOMBED AFRICA. Reagan prompted protests against American Imperialism In Africa. Obama told Black Americans that his joint venture with 3 African Colonists was for HUMANITARIAN REASONS. Some Negroes started donating clothes to the Salvation Army with the label "USAID - To Libya c/o President Obama" in order to help the president out.
In summary, Mr Payne - Obama has EXPOSED THE VOID IN GOVERNANCE within the "Black Community Racial Consciousness Nucleus". It was shown to be open for the taking.
Those who represented themselves as "Keepers Of The Flames Of INTEGRITY" were last seen wearing an "Obama 2012" reelection t-shirt, reminding other Black folks how HAPPY they were in November 2008 and if they want to be MADE HAPPY AGAIN - and lifted up out of their present depression over their schools, their local economy and their social dysfunction - they had better stop talking foolishness and do what is known to make them happy again.
So to answer your question: WE NEED A BETTER QUESTION
"What Did Barack Obama EXPOSE As The Flaws In The Governance Of The Black Community's Cultural Consciousness Nucleus" and how will we defend ourselves from the misappropriations of FRIEND and foe alike in the future?"
