Why Are Blacks In Chicago More Poor Than HIspanic Newcommers? Was John Stossel/ Dr Walter Williams Right To Notice?

Part 1: Congressman Danny Davis Acknowledges That Blacks Are Leaving Chicago

 A few weeks ago when economist Dr Walter Williams appeared on the John Stossel show on Fox Business he drew criticism as he noted that Black Americans remain disproportionately impoverished because we looked toward "Social Justice entitlement programs" for our uplift while supporting economic policies that ultimately drove the "Consumers of Labor" to which they sold their labor to - out of town.

The fact that the machine that was in power as these cities collapsed - the fact that Danny Davis (D-IL) can be circuspect about the massive losses of Blacks who vacated Chicago in pursuit of greater opportunity elsewhere -  speaks volumes about about the power that the "Black Racial Services Machine" has in interpreting the painful truth that impresses upon the Black community into a refined message that functionally makes our responses 'NULLIFIED'.   The question that this force of "congregational unity" ultimately works toward our disadvantage is evident in our present condition



The standard talking point as to why Black Americans suffer from anemic economic growth is focused on RACISM(!!!!).

The claim of "Racism(!!!!)" has typically been used as an indictment. A "When did you stop beating your wife"-type statement where the indictee is forced to prove his innocence. Where one Black person who suffers the ignorance of one White employer or co-worker becomes the poster-child as to what the majority of other Blacks have to deal with.

I have noted that the claim of "Racism(!!!!)", absent the will to QUANTIFY it as a negative force in the context of other forces as the individual and interest group seeks to embolden other forces up uplift - ultimately serves as a concession prize where our people acknowledge that we have "lost" but can hold their heads up high with the knowledge that their LOSS was not of their own making but due to clandestine forces who saw their skin color and were repelled.

More to the point - the "Black Racial Services Machine" - with full knowledge of how Black people think and what our sensibilities are - have a vested interest in maximizing their POWER grabbing agenda while minimizing the punitive consequences for failing to deliver what they have promised as they stepped into the breach of our racial grievances.

Upon reading this message the usual response from many Black people will be to say "OH - so you are saying that there is no more RACISM(!!!!) today? YOU are the one that is lost."

Again - they have no compulsion to look at the entire bundle of downward forces that caused the "plan crash". The force of "Non-White White Supremacy" has "Racism(!!!)" even if it exists at "1 part per million" as the reason why.

Why must we "Stand with Obama"? Ask the "Progressive Political Preacher" Rev Joseph Lowery who Obama gave a medal to -> "Obama faces RACISM and we must defend him with our vote".

The Cost Of Racism Chasing Is That Our Community Never Seeks To Develop Sufficient Organic Competencies For Uplift

When I get engaged in a debate (or more likely - when I listen to "Fight The Power" radio) and listen to the arguments that some people make I end up kicking myself at the end of the "transaction" because I forgot the central observation that I have made long ago:.............................

Those who are ARBITRARY in their position going in - have no problem using ARBITRARY arguments to retain their position.

The reason why they don't want to commit to documenting the proportional force of "RACISM(!!!!)" is because it would force them to look at those other forces that are not providing them the thrust.

 

Add to it the force of "Congregational UNITY" in which "Black folks don't need to be RIGHT we just need to be 'WRONG TOGETHER' " and one can see that what ever "machine" or "political party" that stands right beside them - empathizing with their ways but ultimately getting them to sign over their "equal BLACK ballot" to their safe deposit box and the rest is history.

When you listen to their arguments about why Obama must be defended by Black people they point to how Obama - as a Black man is suffering from racist attacks - "monkey pictures" and Birthers.   When this is put forth as the argument - ultimately the Black community is asked to CHOOSE OUR 'RACIAL DEFENSIVENESS' as the primary 'PERMANENT INTEREST' of:

• Safe Streets
• Quality EducationThe Cost Of Racism Chasing Is That Our Community Never Seeks To Develop Sufficient Organic Competencies For Uplift
• Thriving Local Economy
• Health Lifestyles and Relationship Outcomes

Those who actually don't have our interests in mind and are only trying to protect their marginal ideological and political  interests - knowing that Black people, in our desperation, will loyally follow along.

The cost of carrying the water of those who have sucked us into the 'American Political Domain' is that Black people are forced to remain silent about the failed attainment of our key interests.
