Favorable Leadership - Same Results - No Protests: Dekalb County Jail Implements Internal SWAT Team

The story above is about the "Dekalb County Hilton" on Memorial Drive in Decatur GA.

#5 is Dekalb County Sheriff Thomas Brown who appears to be "Down With Jeezy" - a "Hip Hop Voice Of The Street Pirate" who once sold drugs in his county.

Despite this temporary lapse in judgement - Sheriff Brown is a good man in my opinion.

With Sheriff Brown, an other wise acceptable law enforcement officer who got 50%+1 of the Black vote in the majority Black Dekalb County Georgia deciding that his jail needed an internal SWAT Team as a means of keeping order in the jail that he is charged with operating - we must inspect the theories that those who are activists on the outside of the criminal justice system and figure out why they would be otherwise opposed to the use of these tactics - but for Sheriff Brown deciding that they were necessary.

In my various outreach attempts to Michelle Alexander, author of "The New Jew Crow" I have challenged her to explain her documented conspiracy to destroy Black people by railroading us through the Prison Industrial Complex.  If this the case then Sheriff Brown and the Black voters who have put him into office are co-conspirators in this effort.   I maintain that there is no difference in racial incarceration patterns between the most conservative jurisdiction or the most progressive - even if there are favorable Black people in charge.
