Draw me close

Before anything I took my book of prayer and prayed for everyone whose name is there, including friends, family, church members, even people I don't know personally but have came asking for a prayer. Their names and problems and hope I presented before God.


At a time where I was closer to God and everything in life seemed to be filling my heart with questions, I was sure of one thing. God will work out everything for the good of those who love Him. When you see no way out, He is already prepared a way out for you and just one day you realize He has blessed you and let you out of what seemed like there was no way.

The song came that says:

And then as I listened wanting God to speak to me, I looked at the bible thinking He speaks through His word. Then these were the words I read from the bible on a Wednesday Evening just before I slept. 

Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer. 
From the ends of the earth I call to you, 
I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to 
the rock that is higher than I. For you 
have been my refuge, a strong tower 
against the foe. 


Psalm 61:1-3
