The Unacceptable Rate Of Growth In Homicides In Philadelphia In 2011

The response from a poster with reference to the homicide count in Philadelphia from February 2011 (seen below) motivated me to return to the 'Interactive Crime Map" to see the present number.

FEBRUARY 20, 2011 - 50 MURDERS IN PHILADELPHIA

If the formula from previous years remains that over 80% of the homicides in the City Of Brotherly Love are Black victims then this means that 40 "equal human beings" who were Black are represented in this number.

Going to the present Philadelphia Interactive Crime Stats link we see the following.

JUNE 14, 2011 - 138 MURDERS IN PHILADELPHIA

What ever force that had the homicide rate trending downward from the highly unacceptable numbers in 2007 has been removed as the 138 homicides in my hometown city appears to be reversing course.

Again if the model is correct then approximately 110 Black people have been murdered on the streets of Philadelphia this year.

I Have No Solution To Offer To Reverse This Course But We Also Now Realize That The Solution That You Bought Into As A Means Of Obtaining This Present Order Of The Day Has Failed To Protect The Lives Of Black People

One of the most frequent tactic used to nullify the observations and indictments of those who dare look at this situation, find it unacceptable but instead of UNIFYING into a protest march - dare to question the agenda and RESULTS that the favorable leadership has provided the Black Community is to ask the question:  "Well tell us YOUR solution or shut up!!!".

The only solution that I can impart for the people in Philadelphia who's stagnation that I recently saw a few weeks ago is to suggest to them that whatever vessel that they have vested their "Community Uplift Consciousness" into has failed them miserably and that they should in the future seek to DEFEND their "community consciousness nucleus" from further manipulation.

It is imperative that they achieve a measure of separation from the end state that they desire to reside in as their grievances are mitigated and the  METHODOLOGY that they buy into to achieve this end.   Failing such modularity - when such numbers are presented as evidence of squandered results - the contamination of one's conscious hopes disallows them to see the problem clearly.

It is rather ironic that some would accuse me of exploiting a bad situation by daring to hold up the murder count as the basis of my call for a "consciousness coup".   Those same people can't bring themselves to accept that OUR PEOPLE demanded the very same thing in the past when a particular machine of:

  1. Culture
  2. Governance
  3. Economics
were used in the "Jim Crow South" that produced "dead Black people" as its byproduct.

It is not relevant that today 50%+1 of Black people had supported the machine who's benign neglect is producing "Strange Fruit".   The more damning feedback is that it is still occurring.  The culture that produces such violence against Black people shows that this spirit of death known no race or color and is an "equal opportunity" possessor of souls.

We have a "Human Resources Management & Development Problem" who's "Solution Motion" has been hijacked by those with nefarious intent.
