ARGUMENT:
- Cocaine in powder form is 100% chemically equal to cocaine in its crystalline form (known as "Crack")
- Since #1 is true the "disparate impact" of drug laws which punished Crack cocaine more harshly than is the case for powder raises our suspicions
- Since a higher rate of Blacks are locked up on Crack convictions than are Whites (and Hispanics) who prefer powder THEN we must conclude that this is a RACIST LAW AGAINST BLACK PEOPLE.
Wait just a minute!!!!!
REBUTTAL
- If powered coke and Crack are equal - why is it that the Street Pirate Drug dealers have chosen to distribute it instead of powder?
- I have previously suggested that it is a matter of ease of transport. Anyone who has never used cocaine, like me, can recall the experiences as a kid carrying "Pixi Stix" candy in your pocket, having the straw break open and then the powered candy get stuck in the bottom of the pocket of your jeans. When the valued merchandise gets mixed with the blue lint at the bottom of your pocket - it gets ruined. I believe that Street Pirates have suffered the very same problem with powered cocaine and thus they cook it up into CRACK
- IF these two are equal - why is it that the Street Pirate is far more deadly than is the drug dealer that supplies coke to those who occupy corporate board rooms?
- Mark this as the first time that a "Black Inferiorist" has argued that a law in America is RACIST against Blacks but not Hispanics. They, like White folks prefer their cocaine in powder form
- Even in "Mission Accomplished Cities" where:
- The Mayor is of a favorable ideology and possibly Black (Philly)
- The Police chief that the mayor appointed is of a favorable ideology and possibly Black (Atlanta)
- The District Attorney is of a favorable ideology and possibly Black (Wayne County MI)..........
- The OUTCOMES in which Blacks are arrested for these same crimes must mean that the people who Blacks voted for 50%+1 are intent to destroy the Black family via incarceration - just as the "Amorphous White Undercover Klansman" who occupies these seats of power in places where they don't have to hide their contempt
The one thing you notice as you listen to those who seek to promote "Black Inferiority" and our inability to govern the affairs of our own communities - is that they are always going to place a higher expectation of transparent behavior upon the state than they ever care to ask of and individual Black citizen of our community or a group - regardless of the size of the collection of Blacks. We are subjected to the whims of the government who sees us trying to live free and in their hatred for our skin color they enact various schemes to ensare us - just as they want us - IN BONDAGE.
The product of those who use "Justice Thurgood Marshall Justice" is to have the SYSTEM indicted and put on trial for its systematic oppression of Black people that continues today. Again - even when a Black man is the establishment (locally and nationally).
The normal talking point says "With Obama as president RACISM did not suddenly disappear. In fact it intensified as the enemy has redoubled his effort to make sure that a Black man never enters in to the White House".
In analyzing these type of people - we must always remember:
- These are the people who were heard openly questioning the feasibility of questioning the performance of the President Of The United States. (Speaking Truth To Obama)
- These are the people who used to be opposed to "US Militaristic Imperialism" and who said that the European is intent to smacking down any nation of color who raises its head up in opposition to his Eurocentric control of the world. With American and European bombs dropping on Libya - they are strangely silent on that which they had believed so resolutely
Why then would they be inclined to ponder that the force of RACISM could be checked by the placement of "favorable people" that Blacks voted for? For them the fact that in today's world the force of RACISM in which material injury is suffered by Black people but which the law looks past is rare. Their own numerous newspaper and blog posts ensure that such an incident is not passed over. "The KKK Snowman in Idaho" melted from all of the hot lights of the television cameras that were shown his way, this before any actual Black person had an opportunity to cast an eye upon him via their physical presence in the front yard of the White man would constructed it.
This entire phenomenon by which the presence of "favorable people" is irrelevant to their cry of RACISM is a subset of the argument that I make about their purposeful avoidance of quantifying the force of RACISM which allows them to benefit from the ambiguity of the force. The demand is that those who disagree with them to prove that it IS NOT racism - as they point to the "disparate impact" as their prime evidence.
Every one of these incarcerated people in question knew the consequences of them choosing to involve themselves in the distribution of this destructive drug - and their choice to do so in the crystalline form.

The temptation is to "expand the police tap beyond the crime scene". In as much as we have documented evidence of Crack's destructive effects upon the Black community - some prefer to avoid the focus on the internal issues within the Black community, instead being emboldened by the perpetual external struggle for "social justice".
For every Black person "oppressed" as they are incarcerated by the "disparity in Crack sentencing" - how many have been murdered in the Game?
