I predict that we will be revisiting this region and this issue more frequently in the near future as the painful truth about how easily some Black people can be compelled to functionally WORK AGAINST THEIR OWN PERMANENT INTERESTS. When a segment of people can be compelled to cheer the people who they made their INVESTMENT in but take to the streets against someone who they did not invest in - its time to look at the integrity of these people and ask them why they aren't moved to fire the people they have actually invested in but have gotten so few returns on their investment.
How Rep Fredrica Wilson (D-FL) was able to stand in front of a room full of unemployed Black people and get them to cheer out loud as they were made content about "I know who did this to us" but offered them no jobs in the present and no explanation as to why the "Black community still catches economic pneumonia - decades after the machine that recently lifted her up from a local phenom into Washington DC where she has been present in Congress as long as the Tea Party". | You probably do not have the Flash Player (Get Adobe Flash Player Here) installed for your browser or the video files are misplaced on your server! |
How Rep Allen West (R-FL) provoked the community organizing group "1Miami" to come out to a protest as they demanded jobs from West and other Republicans that were pictured. Did anyone think that by including a picture of Rep Wilson, Rep Hastings and Rep Wasserman-Schultz would have provided cover for their real agenda? I am sure that someone will be out and about next year as Obama comes through town on his $1,000,000,000 reelection campaign and asks 1Miami to give all they can because in his second term he is going to surely get them a job. He needs them to defeat the Tea Party first. | View more videos at: http://nbcmiami.com. (Story lifted from "Black Political Thoughts" blog) |
