In the conscious world that my dear friend Filled-Negro (Co-Founder of AfroSpear) lives - this is a line up of the "Red Shirts Rifle Club" of the former Reconstruction South. With regards to Democrats Costa and Dermody - despite being the "Minority Leaders" they don't appear to be "Down With The Minority Negroes" as they would have yielded their seats. Why didn't they put State Senator Dwight Evans of the Martin Luther King Jr Reform Fiasco on this august panel? He would likely have gotten a GIS contract for a minority firm out of the deal. Truly a missed opportunity.
My dear friend Filled-Negro wrote an article that was so compelling about the present "Reconstruction Era" as contrasted with the real Reconstruction era that The Root.com (Owned by Washington Post Company) decided to syndicate it - inaccuracies and all.
With The Root.com - the were not looking for accuracy in fact from Mr Wayne "Filled Negro" Bennett. They were pleased enough that his TARGET was accurate - the Republicans.
Before I transition to the main focus of this post - I would like to unravel the biggest untruth of Mr Filled Negro's rant. He says:
Folks let me explain how this works for you: Under the current system the most votes from the state wins all 21 electoral college votes. Under the New Reconstruction model there would be an electoral college vote for each congressional district won. This means that all you Negroes voting in places like Philadelphia and Pittsburgh could only affect the electoral college votes so much, because all those congressional districts where you Negroes don't exist would have just as much clout as you do, even though there is far less people in those areas.The slight of hand that my dear friend Filled Negro pulls here is to suggest that the 18 districts that make up the state of Pennsylvania's US Congressional district are drawn with ASYMMETRIC population head counts. That the high density zones like Philadelphia are packed into one district, while the sparsely populated "White central" region of the state are like Montana's senate configuration as compared to New Jersey - far less people represented in the district but equal power. I won't call my dear friend a liar. Let us just say that his claims are "dispositive".
The state of Pennsylvania is shirking in population. They had 19 congressional seats after the 2000 US Census. After 2010 it was knocked down to 18.
When Proportional Voting Wasn't RACIST
I would be remiss if I did not bring up the information that I have gathered as one of the few conservatives that listen to NPR. Been doing so for more than 10 years.
After the election outrages of 2000 and 2004 in which Progressive-Fundamentalists were outraged - I heard a series of election reform proposals, in addition to their drive to scrap the Electoral College.
One of the most popular strategies for the Progressives was - you guessed it - PROPORTIONAL VOTING. Still smarting from the fact that Bush won the election but lost the popular vote the proposal launched at that time was meant to get rid of the 'Winner Take All State Electoral Votes". They reasoned at the time that if the "Blue Islands" in the red states (Atlanta in GA, Memphis in TN, Houston/Dallas/Austin in TX) were able to register their EC votes irrespective of the state's popular vote - the Democratic candidate would have a better chance.
I told you before - the main benefit that the Democrats have over Republicans is that they have more Black people in their party and thus what the Republicans do on the Malcolm X Political Football field is more likely called RACIST!!!
I applaud my friend Filled Negro because he got his views syndicated.
Fair Vote - The Proportional Voting Solution
During Reconstruction The Enemies Of The Negro Showed Their Faces With Their Molestation Of Our Permanent Interests........................Today They Are Doing The Same
Remember I told you before that, per my monitoring of the "Black Racial Services Machine" propaganda they now have nuanced the majority of their "Racism Chasing" claims. Now the White Racist is more qualified. Instead of making broad indictments against White people in their genetic form (ie: they don't like interracial marriage because they don't want their grandchildren to have negroid features) the instead add a qualifier:
- Racist White Conservative
- Racist Republican Whites
- White Supremacist Tea Party
What this shows is the political and ideological orientation of the majority of "Black Political Discourse". What fronts as "Black Community Issues Discussion" is 90% politics in the American Political Domain.
The Black Political Discussion is a "Democratic Party Discussion" is a "Progressive-Fundamentalist Discussion". The only difference from the run of the mill Progressive Democrat is that they speak more forthrightly for Black people to be represented at the national social justice feeding trough.
Even though the journalists at "The Root.com" accepted the submission of my friend Filled-Negro without making any editorial demands for correction I believe that they saw some issues with the content as well. I am not sure, but I suspect that Filled Negro hung out with some of them while they were in Philly a few months ago at the National Association Of Black Journalists convention.

I value when my ideological adversaries place a stake in the ground to note their position on a certain matter. In this case my friend Filled-Negro captured certain key references in his history lesson about the Reconstruction Era in America. I printed his article out and have underlined the key points of reference for further dissection.

On this strip, however, there are more Koreans inside of bullet proof glass cages than any other shopping districts that I have personally witnessed. And I am open to being proven wrong. |

CLOSING SUMMARY
What is deemed worthy of publication within "The Root.com" should not be mistaken as a representative sample of what is going on WITHIN the Black Community.
Hell, they have "Tired And Retired" Jack White as a regular "credible source" after all.
