• The POWER To Look Past The Guilty
• The POWER To Promote The "Enemies Of The Black Community"
• The POWER To Deny The Prevailing Authority That They Now Have Over Our Community
• The POWER To Field A Unified Message To The Congregation
• The POWER To Slap (Even Loyal Progressives) Down For Criticizing The Outcomes
• The POWER To Partner With Those Who Believe That We Are Inferior But Our Ballots Are Strong
• The POWER To Proclaim That A Resource Is The Agent For Creating Equality But Then Fail To Govern The Resource That They Have In Their Possession - The OUTWARD Struggle for SOCIAL JUSTICE Being More Compelling Than Proper Governance Back At Home

Despite all of this POWER - When They Promote "Non-White White Supremacy" As They Deny Their Ability To Deliver The Changes That They Had Promised During The Last Few Intervals That They Compelled Blacks To Invest Our EQUAL BLACK BALLOTS And Our "Community Development Consciousness".

The Black Community Institutions In Their Present State Are Unable To Compel Them To Be More Transparent.  THEY CONTROL These Same Institutions And Thus They Are Operating Just As The Embedded Confidence Men Expect Them To.
