Black People Had A Heightened Risk Of Murder And Assault On Their Watch Over The Public Safety Establishment As They Viewed The Protection Of  Their Machine As More Important Than The Safety Of Individual Black People
Black People Received Inferior Public Education On Their Watch As They Protected Their Power Base Running The School System Over The Product That Teh Schools Produced.  The School System Functioned As A Jobs & Contract Spoils Program For The Adults
Black People's Economic Growth Was Stunted As They Promoted Their Own Economic Interests Which Were Proven To Be Counter To The Wholesale Interests Of Blacks As Organically Productive Participants
Black People's Local Community Social Fabric Was Tattered Because The Public Policy Schemes That They Promoted Undercut Black Americans' Ability To Construct And Maintain Their Cultural And Social Relationships For Benefit Into The Larger Society
They Were Called RACISTS Because Of The Damning Results Upon Black People While They Were In Power Trumped Their Claims Of Being Anything Otherwise

Each member of the Concerned Black Progressive-Fundamentalist Citizens Council is trained to reject anyone's questioning of their (hijacked) priorities that are painted as "Black Priorities".
