To be clear - there will be a memorial gathering for Julian Jones. The community will likely gather together for mourning. This is what they should do.
This heinous murder, however, is not going to provide fodder for the "external agitators". The value of Julian Jones is defined be physical characteristics of her MURDERER - not HER OWN INTRINSIC WORTH.

A protest is a tool that is used by a group of individuals to compel a greater authoritative force to change its ways. With the case of the "Street Pirate Social Justice Violator" his is a condition of that which has been allowed to fester due to a condition of "benign neglect".
Those who are "migrant protesters" are culpable in the conditions that fester. They show themselves to be incompetence in the arts of governance and "human resource sculpting".
The tacit depreciation of the murder victims worth is an acknowledgement that they would have to protest THEMSELVES. Their signs would have to be marked up for video tape footage that they would need to take heed to as "hardened hearts and souls" are made soft.
