The "Civil Rights Violations" In Our Public Schools - Philadelphia's School Superintendent Departs Under A Cloud Of Conflict Among The Adults

Audio Report:
"Radio Times: Dr Arlene Ackerman - Superintendent Of Philadelphia Public Schools - Out After 3 Years

While a significant portion of the "Black Racial Services Machine" - Progressive Journalism arm focuses in on the 'racism' in the Tea Party.............the one institution that is in the Black Community that are willing to label as a "Civil Right" continues to "violate" our children without triggering the same dogged passion to "defend" the interests of the Black community.

In truth this is the latest example that "governance" in the effort to sculpt the human resources into the desired end is far harder than "struggle" and "indictments".

Indeed - "Education is the great equalizer in our society".
Saying this phrase every day does not prove one's COMPETENCY to express this priority among the masses.

In listening to the nuances of the audio report above there are many forces at work all at once:

  • "The Bigotry of Low Expectations"

  • Racial Preferences In Contracting

  • Racial Politics And Backlash

  • The Threat Of School Violence

  • Leadership Style

  • Unions

  • Standardized Testing

  • Qualifications and Certifications Of The Administrators and Teachers

The majority of these points are "debates among the adults".
The children and their part in the future of Philadelphia and of the Black Community seems to be lost in Philadelphia and many other "Mission Accomplished Zones".

The Key Threat To The Provision Of Quality Education For Black Students As Seen By Our Black Community Leadership In The Past
The Key Threat To The Attainment Of Quality Education For Black Students Today As Seen By The Civil Rights Pharisees Despite Having "Favorable People" Running The School Systems After Achieving "Mission Accomplished" In The Perpetual Struggle

(The NAACP has a lawsuit against Republican dominated Fayette County Georgia because their election scheme has thus far prevented a Black Progressive Democrat from wining election on the School Board or County Governing Board.  Despite The 92% Graduation Rate for Black children in the county - the NAACP sensitivities are disrupted.

In the City Of Philadelphia - and many other "Mission Accomplished Cities" the NAACP and other "Civil Rights Pharisees" are quite pleased.  Despite the fact that the Black male graduation rate hovers at 50% they have not sued the school district over this matter.  The all Democratic school board which had its power stripped away as the state took over the failing school system, seek to get their jobs back.   Having a lawsuit over their head from the NAACP would be too distracting for them.  )
