How Many Other White Racist "Tea Party Tax-icrats" Are There Still Lurking Within The Ranks Of The Democratic Party?

With my "Black-Wing Talk Radio" recording ability back in action - there is not a day that goes by in which a reference to Republican Governor Rick Perry being the primary candidate of the "Tea Party Racists" goes by without mention.

With Perry labeled as a "Tea Party Favorite" - the audience in radio-land know how to read between the lines as to what the host is talking about.


In 1989 Rick Perry Was A Texas Democrat

Just 22 short years ago Rick Perry, Tea Party Favorite and evangelical Christian was a Democrat.

Perry supported Al Gore in the 1988 Democratic presidential primaries and chaired the Gore campaign in Texas. In 1989, Perry announced that he was switching parties, becoming a Republican

 (Using data from Yahoo Answers) Rick Perry's support of Democratic Candidate Al Gore in the presidential election for 2000 placed him in line with 95% of the Black voters who cast a vote for Gore.

This post is an attempt to analyze what went so terribly wrong between the years in which Black Progressives approved of Rick Perry up to today in which he (and the other Republican candidates for President in 2012) are the "#1 Enemy Of The Black (Progressive) Community".  In understanding this model we can then root out any other present-day White Democrats who might stream into the enemy column in the near future.  It is best that Black Democratic loyalists show them the door now.   They are collecting invaluable evidence about the "Black Progressive Agenda" as they attend various Democratic Party strategy meetings.  This intelligence collected by them under the guise of a 'Democrat In Good Standing' can later be used by the Republicans to do unthinkable damage to the Black Progressive Agenda.

As I read Rick Perry's bio on Wikipedia it is clear that he has always been a center-right politician - even during his says as a Democrat.  Still he was able to make personal friendships with Progressive Democrats, winning their endorsements as a fellow Democrat.  Shortly after becoming a Republican Perry ousted Progressive darling Jim Hightower (D-TX)  for Texas Agricultural commissioner. This was likely the start of a contemptuous relationship with Progressive Democrats.  Ironically this freed up Hightower to become a muckraking Progressive opinion writer - keeping his eye on all of the right-wing varmints that moved within his eyesight.  What was once an abstract change in parties became a measurable hit against the Democratic Party of Texas.

Perry is a long time Christian-fundamentalist and rose to the ranks of Eagle Scout within the Boy Scouts.  For some reason this was not enough to place him on the outside of Democratic circles.  This is why I suspect that there is still others just like him within the Democratic Party who deserve the watchful eyes of The Root, The Grio, NewsOne.com and ColorLines.   They all can learn a valuable lesson of the key attributes that Rick Perry has offered up and go "Tea Party Tax-icrats" Chasing thus fortifying the integrity of the party that the Prevailing Black political consciousness now calls its home.

Key Attributes That Make A Democrat In Good Standing A Potential Embedded "Tea Party Tax-icrat"

• Strong Religious Affiliation - A fundamentalist Christian is a warning sign
• Boy Scout Membership - High attainment of rank in this organization sheds light on one's views about homosexuality and Christian-fundamentalism
• Military Service - Though not a perfect indicator of one's ideology this is a valid marker
• Student Military Organization Affiliation - Texas A&M Corps Of Cadets - the pattern of organizational indoctrination is a sign
• Graduate With A Low GPA In A Bogus Major -  With a 2.5 GPA Perry exemplifies the stereotype of the "Someone must be dumb to be a conservative".   His degree is in "Animal Science" - no doubt chosen at the last minute in order to bring his grades up

If there are other Democrats that fit this mold - watch them!!!   They might be future "Tea party Tax-icrats" and no doubt RACISTS.
