As The Attainment Of The Permanent Interests Of The Black Community "Go To Hell" In A Hand Basket - Rep Maxine Waters Shows How To Focus Black Progressives Away From Noting Their Limited Progress

Rep Maxine Waters Tells The (Racist) Tea Party To "Go Straight To Hell".

As a long time resident of Metro Atlanta I have been treated to an array of events where Black Progressive Civil Rights Leaders and Elected Officials have given live speeches.

I am forced to give credit to those of the bunch of "KNOW THEIR AUDIENCE". Like it or not, in a representative democracy actual results don't matter. The only thing that matters is that the people inside of the voting district cast sufficient votes for you to allow you to return to office.  It is the job of the CONSTITUENCY to establish sufficient protection of their own "Permanent Interests".  Having gotten short-shrift of what they hold us as non-negotiable interests - they had better "cut bait" of either the representative or their entire belief system and start afresh.  Failing to do this they must satisfied themselves that "They Have Done Everything Necessary To Remain As They Are".  When others, detecting this as an attribute about them - seek to distance themselves from this "swarm" - they too are justified for they ARE protecting their interests.

In the case of the most successful Black Progressive leaders with positions of authority and influence - those who can "Step Off Stage" and "Lead A Protest Rally" among the people are most successful. (Per the present prevailing consciousness of my people).  After years and years of struggle and indoctrination - THIS is a favorable attribute.

This concept became apparent to me several years ago as I listened to a local elected official run down the list of problems with:

• The schools that he has strong influence over


• The local economy (jobs and tax revenues) that he has control over


• The condition of Black males and how they are trapped in the "Schools to Prison Pipeline"

Normally when an authority figure has such failures attached to his lapel he is usually being bashed upside the head by the audience as he becomes "the owner" of this dysfunction.  After hearing the promises for a fix on the campaign trail which lead to their investments......they are not interested in hearing any more from him until an independent third party registers indisputable progress.  They have already been tricked by the campaign posters and now need a more credible source. 

This particular elected official did something that amazed me as I stat in the audience - eating my chicken and string beans with almond slices.

He virtually levitated off of the stage, stood among the crowd and lead a PROTEST MARCH against those authority figures who he convinced the masses were really responsible for the conditions that he listed above.  (This despite being within the "Black Mecca" of metro Atlanta)  

On this night the concept of "Authority Power Repudiation" was born.  It describes a situation in which a political machine that was placed into power to fix a set of problems (on behalf of the Black community) yet when they are the "last man standing in power" (over the "Mission Accomplished Zone") and the problems have not been mitigated - they retain/expand their POWER by directing the consciousness of the people outward and upward, assuming a continued "Struggle Motion" so that they can gain more power.  "We are in the middle of a long struggle.  We don't need to change horse in mid-stream nor do we need to put up with the DISSENSION that our enemies have planted inside of the 'Negro mind' as agent provocateurs.  Let's stand UNITED as a BLACK COMMUNITY and fight this fight!!!".  

It just so happens that today these "Black Fights" line up perfectly within the bounds of "Progressive" and "Democratic Party" interests.   

I choose not to be surprised with anything that politicians (and Embedded Confidence Men or Civil Rights Pharisees) do or say any longer.  The true fault resides with the Black Rank & File and their unwillingness to erect walls of protection between the intrinsic interests of our people and the fraudulent acts that an authority is known to do to save their tail.  When you are in such a mentally weakened state that after a long journey of being lead forth and the "embedded confidence man" need only dangle the "red meat" of "HOW YOU WOULD BE IF YOUR ENEMY WERE IN POWER" - and you continue walking along without demanding that he show EARNEST MONEY - the words for "Fool Me Fifty Times, Shame On {fill in the blank}" have not yet been written.

In the case of the local politician on stage that night - FIRST he fomented UNITY among the Black folks - telling them that it is in our mutual interests to produce better ends for these young Black males who are being lead on a path of destruction.  Then he forged an ACTION PLAN as he virtually "walked past" all of the seats of power in Atlanta that used to be the scenes of protest:

• The School Board


• The City Hall - (Mayor & City Council)


• The City/County Jail & Sheriff's Office  

He did not want to organize a protest against HIMSELF and his friends in the political machine.

 The #1 attribute of the massive void that exists within the "Governance Model Of The Black Community" is when the EXECUTIVES OF POLICY get to set the terms for THEIR OWN SUCCESS and then are prominent in the NEWS MEDIA - MARKETING AGENCY that broadcasts the news of their own successes and how they passed the "tests with flying colors" - according to the judges.  If there was ever a case for "Trust Busting" and "Insider Trading" - look no further than the present Black Racial Services Machine.

They operate with the complicit agreement of the CONGREGATION.

That night that room full of Black folks wanted to feel connected with a cause that would move the community forward and then to be compelled into motion.  This particular politician was right on queue.  IT IS NOT HIS JOB to set up the structure for the defense of the interests of the Black Community.  It is in his interests to PRETEND THAT THIS IS HIS INTERESTS.  There are no results to the contrary that is going to compel the masses to let out a consensus -  "Hold Up Now!!!  This is what you told us before - except the last time we were served Turkey breasts and stuffing at the meal.   We've decided against the steak tips that night.  Red meat is bad for people in our community you know."   

Fast forward almost 3 years and little has changed.  That speech could be run back once again and two things would be true:

1. The condition of these Black Males would be about the same if not worse


2. The motivating effects of the speech would compel the virtual march in the minds of the audience - just as the original speech did

In the case of Rep Maxine Waters - she knows that the Black Progressives hate the (racist) Tea Party more than they believe that their progressive agenda is going to bring salvation to the Black community.  With the Tea Party serving as the primary blockers of progressive, redistributionist policies at the national level - they become a "Threat To Black People" by default.

In my view the greater threat to Black people than what is seen at a Tea Party Convention is seen in those who run the school systems in Memphis, Detroit and Philadelphia.   The key difference is that the later operates with the full confidence of the Black community while the former is checked at every turn they attempt to make - as they try to "Turn Back The Clock To 1950".    

The (racist)  Tea Party and the Public School Administrators  can "Go To Hell With That Mess".   We as Black people are preparing ourselves for the form that we will be in in "2050"!!!!
