On The Radio II: "Was Jesse Jackson Disrespectful To Obama For Saying That Obama Should Have Been Tougher With The Republicans In The Debt Deal?"

Was Jesse Jackson Disrespectful To Obama In Critiquing His Performance In The Debt Debate?

Most people are not going to bother to analyze the question to note the "foregone conclusions" that are intrinsically represented in it.

The question assumes that Obama's position is the right position (for Black America) and that Obama should have been more aggressive in defending the position.

Besides the fact that we will never, ever hear Rev Jesse Jackson or any other member of the Black Racial Services Machine ask if a "representative of Black people" drove a hard enough bargain with a Democrat - the question leaves out several critical facts with regard to the "Black Community Development Consciousness" and the methodology that Jackson and others have pursued in their INTENTION to obtain it.

Jackson and other Progressive-Fundamentalists demanded more "Taxes Upon The Rich" while protecting the Big Three Entitlement Programs who's growth are the largest portion of the debt burden for America. Despite their calls for "Revenue Increases" - they were talking about "Taxes On The Rich".

Several people who called into the radio station noted how Jackson has dedicated his life to "the uplift of Black people" and for "Social Justice".   Not one of them asked "DID IT WORK?".   "Was it comprehensive and timely enough - just like we appraised George W Bush's Hurricane Katrina response not to be?"  When it comes to progressive activists - their INTENTIONS drown out all such dispassionate appraisals of their results.

The gaping hole in this argument is that they never speak of the promised "Revenue Increases" that were to come from the Mission Accomplished takeover of the places they now control.

The statement "Black people are suffering and need........................." was used for the past 50 years and longer to direct the investment strategy of our community development consciousness.  Once again we see that few people dare to note that the present state of Black American is ALSO a consequence of the failed results

The critical talking point that "Entitlement cuts are going to hurt the Least of These" is never countered with an analysis of the grand investments made by this same community in the promises that the progressives have made that the return on investment would yield them plenty.   It is abundantly clear that they were merely investing in an "Income Redistribution Framework" and not "Organic Competency Development".

Their version of "EQUALITY" is "More Equal Distribution Of Resources That Have Been Nationalized Through Taxation".   It should not be mistaken as the achievement of equality based upon the development of human resources through the key institutions that are provisioned to do so.
