The Root.com: "The Unemployed Are Not Shiftless And Lazy.......As The GOP Says"

The Root.com: Despite what some GOP lawmakers claim, people want to get back to work, says ColorOfChange's executive director.


CHALLENGE:
What do you do when you are an ideologically bigoted propaganda source and, despite your deepest wishes otherwise - the Black unemployment rate is 16.7% but the President Of The United States at the time is riding under your PROTECTION RACKET thus you are not able to respond as you would normally do?

ANSWER:
Keep Black people, who are otherwise on the verge of a "No Confidence Vote" about the situation, on the RACIAL DEFENSIVE by trickling out indictments of the enemies that you - as a Progressive-Fundamentalist operative - has in common with most Blacks - The HATRED of your ideological enemy that exceeds your hatred of:

  • How Black Unemployment harms the Black Community's prosperity
  • How Failing Black Schools harms the development hopes of the Black Community
  • How Unsafe Communities prevent them from becoming stable building blocks
Instead you go for the TRANSACTIONAL "chum feeding" for unobservant Blacks - knowing that they will always go along with what you frame as IMMEDIATE THREATS - and never take a step back and look at the trend line of where you are taking them.


Sadly - if we look at the various "Mission Accomplished Zones" where the "racist Republicans" who think Black people are lazy HOLD NO POWER - the operatives who want the people focused on Republicans can't show evidence of prosperity.  (See Newark, Chicago or Detroit).

I don't blame the operatives at Color Of Change.  They are doing their job - Publishing Misdirection.
I ultimately have to blame the Black Rank & File. 
In aggregate there is failure to PROTECT THE CORE CONSCIOUSNESS OF OUR COMMUNITY from these type of embedded confidence men.

There is little institutional integrity by which what we were sold for more than 50 years is CHECKED for evidence of advancement.
