The State Vs "The Present State Of The Black Community"

Note:  Officially a person who is executed by the state has his cause of death as "Homicide"

There is no malice in my spirit as I crafted and posted the image above.
My only goal is to prevent a HIJACKING of our CONSCIOUS FOCUS at this time.

With all due respect - as I listen to the MSNBC coverage of the execution of Troy Davis who was convicted for the murder of Officer Marc MacPhail I can't help but to renew my previous claim as I state again - the ONLY time that the prime time hosts on MSNBC come INTO the Black community to do their reporting is when then have a "poster child" within to feature as a means of advancing their agenda.

In the case of the late Troy Davis - it is NOT about "The Higher Than Normal Homicide Rate" WITHIN the Black community.  Instead they look past all of the "Telephone Pole Memorials" that are abundant in some communities and instead focus on "The Death Penalty" rendered by the state.  They are likely to suggest that now is not the time to talk about such matters as they are grieving about the INJUSTICE that the state has rendered upon Black people.

The fact that the NAACP and other Black Progressive-Fundamentalist groups are featured on MSNBC echoing the very same message merely means that when it comes to the unacceptable murder rate in our community - MSNBC will choose to avoid indicting their friends that govern the community who's streets offer up Black dead bodies on a higher than average rate.   Why risk dissension among the Progressive coalition by daring to suggest that the prevailing culture in some communities is the ORGANIC source that produces the CONSCIOUSNESS that produce dead Black people?  There are so many other forces in the large ocean to make such indictments against as the source of this tributary of violence.

Indeed If 400 Black Bodies Went Missing In The Civil Rights South
We Would Have Heard From The NAACP & The Southern Poverty Law Center

Those who see the painful statistics and then choose to focus on the need to abolish the "Death Penalty" as the "Job #1" for their struggle has some perceptual depravity brewing within them.  They are confounded by some binding body of thought that disallows them to focus on that which might prove to be a SELF-INDICTMENT:   The Culture That Produces Dead Black People.

In as much as there is also an element of 'Black Inferiority' contained within their line of thinking (both the Black and Whites who think as such) - it is THEY who must overcome their belief that an individual Black and a community of Blacks can indeed be held accountable for his own actions and thus is the primary vessel for the production of the favorable outcomes that they as outsiders and those on the inside of the community seek to produce.

The Community IS "The State" In A "Government Of The People"

The NAACP's Ben Jealous, in referencing the racial make up of the Georgia Clemency Board, said "this proves that the racial make up of an official in not an indicator of their ability to look past the letter of the law as they seek out true justice".   I hope and pray that Mr Jealous takes this new knowledge and applies it to his understanding of the fact that the ENEMIES OF BLACK PEOPLE HAVE NO RACIAL ATTRIBUTES (Ignorance, Hatred and those who Idly Watch as the first two are transacted) and then choose to fight against all such villains with equal passion.  Not just the ones who threaten his ideology yet have little direct influence within these spaces but are still indicted for their "benign neglect".

If Mr Jealous did believe in the intrinsic equality of all people then he would also logically conclude that just as the Jim Crow South had produced an ecosystem for the production of dead Black people and thus had to change - there are specific regions WITHIN the Black community that also produce a higher than average amount of dead Black people that they too must be made to change.  The new mission for the "Civil Rights Movement" is to first accept the full equality of Black people and then go into the INNER-SPACE to craft the justice that is often talked about but is so infrequently synthesized within organically .

The thought of lining up the progressive coalition to drive a petition to the various state governments in the struggle to abolish the death penalty - as Mr Jealous stated would be a prime mission for the organization that he leads - WILL NOT do anything to address the death penalties levied by Street Pirates.  Street Pirates don't provide due process.  They don't give a damn about due process or one's right to live.   Such a strategy at this point, merely proves the disconnect between the progressive struggle and the painful truth on the street.  It shows, once again, that when it comes to MANAGING the Black Community (and the equal human beings within) they prefer UNITY in struggle - as it allows the congregation to focus on some external matter so that they are careful not to step upon any toes.

Troy Davis, Sylvester "Red" Coles, Larry Young (the homeless man) and Marc MacPhail all are products of the mean streets of Savannah Georgia.  On these streets 'the rule of the gun' appears to be in effect.  Larry Young was struck upon the head with a gun and was made to bleed profusely.
Marc MacPhail who was cast as an officer of the law - charged by the state to ensure that the people in the community confine their behavior inside of the boundaries of the law - had his life taken by forces who had contempt for the law.

If indeed the goal of the progressive is to address the forces that imperil the Black community the most by any transparent analysis - they would choose to depart from their protests outside of various state capitols as they demand that they stop killing people and instead go back into the streets where the people live and convince the balance of them that THEY should not commit any act which would cause them to stand before a judge and listen to their sentence.

Some See "The New Jim Crow" While Others See Evidence Of
A HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PROBLEM
Summary Analysis:  Using The PROPORTIONALITY FILTER - The Number Of State Sponsored Executions
Over The Past 25 Years Stands Inferior To The Number Of Black People Who Have Been Murdered On The Streets
During This Same Time Interval To Justify This As A Priority For People Credibly Interested In Reducing Homicides
(Note The Numbers Above Are For All Races)
