The man who called him this was a Republican analyst.
Listening in on this message (and bringing this message to the group's attention out of thousands of other messages) is a White Progressive Cheshire Fox who played it for a White Conservative Wolf. (Only the WOLF is known as a "racist" per the antics of the Embedded Black Fox Confidence Man")
Notice that Chris Matthews who played the clip was not "offended" by the use of the word "Chimp" to refer to a person running for the President Of The United States.
It is IRRELEVANT that the target is a white man or that the purveyor of this word was a Republican.
There is not one genetic difference in the phenotype between Rick Perry and Barack Obama. Scientists say that in the human being RACE is not a scientific construct. It is merely a matter of MATING DECISIONS made over time. Little different than height, shape of one's nose or hair texture is similarly propagated.
For some reason when the Wolf and the Fox where all alone in close company - the sensitivities that are "highly upsetting to the Negro Political Schemer" - flew right over their heads. This the case even for the Cheshire Fox who has taken up company as "the Friend Of The Negro".
The only thing that we can conclude is that since there is no "Negro" around the table to force feigned offense of this word "chimp"/"monkey"- the White Progressive Cheshire Fox does not need to play his role which assures more Black ballots into his ideological fold.
