The Difference Between Reporting & Analyzing. Report: "Blacks Fleeing Faling Liberal CIties"

One News Now: Blacks Fleeing Failing Liberal Cities
Care of Booker Rising

Sounds like my numerous references to "Mission Accomplished Cities" and the US Census Report showing a migration.  Right?

I hit HuffPo and MSNBC for reporting upon "Black problems" but providing no analysis.
I hit the "Obama Fist Bump Black Press" for their ATTEMPTS at analysis but their conscious/unconscious avoidance of the CORE problem
So when I come across a  "Black Republican" who is doing the calculus as to how his party might profit from these unforutnate circumstances I am going to take this time to distinguish my argument from his.

Mission Accomplsihed Political Domains FAIL Because They FAIL AT HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT.   Period.

When occasion has it were you have a group of students who are ensconced within a PROCESS (a methodology) by which those forces who are advocating a distinct set of policies as the official channel for community development......

.....some people choose to  look at the POPULARITY of this strategy (popular support) as an affirmation of its correctness.

.....the truth is we need to look at the TRANSFORMED STATE that these students obtain as they have matriculated through.

My argument is that this same educational transformation construct should be applied to a people, a community.  The POLICIES should be appraised for their EFFECTIVENESS - not by how closely they align to the prevailing IDEOLOGICAL enforcements of the people (or their notions of SOCIAL JUSTICE) but upon their core needs for TRANSFORMATION.

My views and Dr Johnson's views stand united at the basic level:  It is necessary for those who took the Black Community on this present journey with the promise that at journey's end - a newly formed Black man and Black woman would be christened.

With us having come this far and the "embedded confidence men" having obtained vast fortunes from their Joint-Venture partners - we cannot - we MUST NOT allow these present aggregious circumstances to........
  • Be Tucked Away As Evidence That We Need To TRY HARDER In The 2012 Elections For Us To REALLY, REALLY Receive Our Promised Fortunes - But If We Don't Show Up To The Polls Then THIS Is The Real Cause Of Our Misfortune (Channel Our Issues Into The "American Political Domain)
  • Redirect The Fault Upon Others / Keep Our Focus Outward For Pacification Reasons
    • The Tea Party (Lingering Racism)
    • The Blacks Who Left The Core Community Behind To Live High In The Suburbs
As it stands now - the only force that comes out smelling like a rose - during good times and bar are the "Embedded Confidence Men" who fight for our "Social Justice" as Black people.

Filling In The Missing Analysis

As a people our prevailing need is not to have high flighing politicians who can bring our "fair share" of allocation into our community - and afford Black people the good feeling of "living vicariously" through his every "success" or assume him to be a "Ninja" on the street - harrased by the police men when his enemies attack him - thus truggering our focus.  The are all investments in the 'American Political Domain".

At the present time we need to:
  1. Have the Human Resource Development Institutions - who's control we took over, placing "favorable people into power" - to produce at the levels that we NEED them to for our people to be positioned properly
    1. The Quest for "Equal Money" is a flawed strategy.  It sets forth the "bogie" of THE MONEY rather than the desired Educational Excellence and Preparation.  If the money is short - we focus on politics.  IF the ACADEMICS are short we are prone to blame the money and no one local.
    2. The need is to have the "ACADEMIC ATTAINMENT REQUIREMENTS " of a competitive community to be documented and then to have our schools MANAGED in line with this need
  2. Protect The Community Consciousness Nucleus From Politics And Great Leaps Of Faith
      1. That which provides short term benefit, mostly to the embedded confidence men who have built up an emotional connection with the masses of Black people - during a time when we "Had No Rights That Need Be Respected" - are continuously used today to remind Black people how much they have done for us in the past and thus the CORRECTNESS of their present course of action.
      2. The "Nullification Effect" - the gap between the frunstrations over the shortfalls in Black America and our community's willingness to TAKE IT OUT ON THE INCUMBENTS we voted into power is all due to the carefully nurtured relationships that various tentacles of the "Racial Services Machine" have built up over the years
        1. On Radio
        2. On Television
        3. In The Newspaper
        4. On The Internet
  3. Black IDEOLOGICAL UNITY is more important than are TRANSPARENTLY EFFECTIVE outcomes
      1. UNITY IS their desired outcome!!!
      2. Once the congregation agrees to assign blame to a given target and then ENFORCES this (see Tavis & West) who has standing to tell them that they are wrong?

Dr Johnson needs to go beyond the reporting.
If have said before in my attempts at providing guidance to my Black Republican friend -
IF even after:
  • Flint
  • Detroit
  • Chicago
  • Gary
  • East St Louis
  • St Louis
  • Cleveland
  • Rochester
  • Buffalo
  • Milwaukee
  • Camden
  • Newark
  • Philly
  • Baltimore
  • Atlanta
  • DC
they are STILL knocking on your Republican doors for salvation - your outreach efforts are failing because YOU are not going deep enough to understand Black people and where we presently stand.

YOU TOO need to drop your party as it is within the "American Political Domain" and begin to understand our people's issues from a "Human Resource Development Needs" versus a "Colonialist Romp Through The 'Hood' To Secure The Resources Of THE EQUAL BLACK VOTE".  (Slave catchers INDEED)

I am on record - per my analysis and first had observations of various sections of Atlanta that there are popular embedded confidence men that yield that there will always be a segment of ignorant Black voters - they may as well keep these people organized in a manner by which these "The Least Of These People" yield their EQUAL BALLOT, investing it accordly on election day and thus maintain the status quo within these "Vote Harvesting Districts".  (Anyone in Atlanta needs to drive the length of "Rev Joseph E Lowery Dr", making the occassional right turns or left turns to go deeper into the communities, to see the various harvesting that transpires.
